All users who upload content to AfroSoundLab must own the rights to that content or have explicit permission from the copyright owner. Unauthorized uploads, impersonation, and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited.

If your content was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

We review all DMCA notices within 24-72 hours and will remove infringing content promptly upon verification. The uploader will be notified of the takedown and may face account suspension for repeated violations.
