By accessing or using AfroSoundLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AfroSoundLab. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the platform.

If you upload music, images, or other content to AfroSoundLab:

• You must own the rights to the content or have explicit permission from the copyright holder
• You grant AfroSoundLab a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, and promote your content
• You retain full ownership of your content
• You are responsible for any copyright claims or legal issues arising from your uploads
• AfroSoundLab reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies

You may NOT:

• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Impersonate artists, celebrities, or other users
• Post explicit, hateful, or harmful content
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate streams or engagement
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Spam, scam, or defraud other users
• Download content using unauthorized tools or methods
• Reverse engineer or scrape platform data

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

All AfroSoundLab branding, logos, design, and platform code are owned by AfroSoundLab and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Music and content uploaded by artists remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

AfroSoundLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or specific results.

We are not responsible for:

• Content uploaded by third-party users
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Disputes between users or artists
• Accuracy of user-generated content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or fraudulent behavior.

You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
