Go to Settings > Subscription and choose Premium for $4.99/month to enjoy ad-free streaming, offline downloads, and unlimited skips.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free tier includes ads and limited replay. Premium offers ad-free streaming, unlimited replays, offline downloads, high-quality audio, and early access to Fresh Drops.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription and click "Cancel Premium". You'll have access until the end of your billing period.
Artist Features
How do I claim my artist profile?
Navigate to Artists > Find your profile > Click "Claim This Artist Profile". You'll need proof of ownership from your distributor (TuneCore, DistroKid, CD Baby).
How do I upload content to AfroSoundLab programs?
Once verified, go to Artist Dashboard > Content Upload. You can submit videos, audio, and stories to Fresh Drops, Sessions, Conversations, and more.
How do token sales work?
You can tokenize your tracks in the Artist Dashboard. Fans buy tokens and earn a share of streaming royalties. You set the token price and total supply.
Playback & Technical
Songs won't play. What should I do?
Check your internet connection, clear app cache (Settings > Storage), or restart the app. If the issue persists, contact support.
How do I download songs for offline listening?
Premium users can tap the download icon on any track, album, or playlist. Downloads are available in Library > Downloads.
Why are my analytics not updating?
Analytics update every 24 hours. If you see delays beyond that, please submit a support ticket.
Tokens & Investment
How do I buy royalty tokens?
Go to Discover > Tokens or visit an artist's profile. Select a tokenized track and choose how many tokens to purchase. You'll earn royalties from streams.
When do I receive royalty payments?
Royalties are calculated monthly and paid out to your AfroSoundLab wallet. You can withdraw via Settings > Wallet.
